When is Check-in time?
Check-in begins at 4:00pm daily.
Guests who check-in prior to 4:00pm, the Early Check-in fee* will be applied. (Sunday - Thursday: $60 + tax, Friday & Saturday: $85 + tax)
*Titanium & Onyx reservations are exempt.
How old do you have to be to be at the Hotel?
Guests must be 21 and older to check-in to our hotel. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Violation of the age restriction will result in eviction from the room for the duration of the stay without a refund.
Is your pool open year-round?
The pool will be open Monday, May 20th at 9 am. Our pool closes seasonally.
Does your Hotel have smoking floors?
Yes, Ameristar has designated smoking floors where guest may smoke tobacco products in the rooms during their stay. All guests must be 21+ to enter any smoking floor to be in compliance with St. Charles Counties smoking ordinance. Violation will result in eviction from the room for the duration of the stay without refunds.
Use/possession of marijuana is strictly prohibited on property.
What is a resort fee and incidentals deposit?
Incidental deposits are a withholding of a method of payment of $100.00 that is authorized upon check-in. Additional fees and charges, such as resort fees, will be deducted from the deposit. The difference will be released back to the card holder.
Do you have Microwaves, Mini Fridges, or extra beds if I need them?
We provide microwaves, mini fridges, and rollaway beds upon request for a fee of $30 per night.
Is the hotel Pet friendly?
Hotel is not pet friendly; however we allow service dogs in compliance with ADA regulations. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
How does parking work? Is Valet open?
Valet is permanently closed; however free self-parking is available on both our North and South parking towers. If you have an oversized vehicle, over 6'9", guests are welcome to use our oversized parking in our Porte Cochere.
How can I get my keys faster?
Mobile check-in is available! Using your Boyd Rewards app guests can check-in, make reservations, and check your play. Mobile key will be sent to your phone once the room is ready.
Are you doing Maid service?
ESG is very important to Ameristar St. Charles, therefore maids will not be entering the room during your stay. Extra amenities can be sent upon request.
