Yes, Ameristar has designated smoking floors where guest may smoke tobacco products in the rooms during their stay. All guests must be 21+ to enter any smoking floor to be in compliance with St. Charles Counties smoking ordinance. Violation will result in eviction from the room for the duration of the stay without refunds.
Use/possession of marijuana is strictly prohibited on property.
Incidental deposits are a withholding of a method of payment of $50.00 that is authorized upon check-in. Additional fees and charges, such as resort fees, will be deducted from the deposit. The difference will be released back to the card holder.
We provide microwaves, mini fridges, and rollaway beds upon request for a fee of $25 per night.
Hotel is not pet friendly; however we allow service dogs in compliance with ADA regulations. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
Valet is permanently closed; however free self-parking is available on both our North and South parking towers. If you have an oversized vehicle, over 6'9", guests are welcome to use our oversized parking in our Porte Cochere.

ESG is very important to Ameristar St. Charles, therefore maids will not be entering the room during your stay. Extra amenities can be sent upon request.
